Jerusalem is the heart of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This horrifying ongoing war is deepening the fractures in our city. Fear and violence are silencing voices, pushing Jerusalem’s residents further apart and reinforcing mistrust between neighbors. In this climate, spaces for dialogue and understanding are shrinking, making our work more urgent than ever. 0202 stands as one of the few remaining platforms where people across divides can still encounter each other’s humanity.

0202- Points of View from Jerusalem is the only nonprofit organisation utilising media to directly connect and strengthen Jerusalem’s three main communities: East Jerusalem Palestinians, West Jerusalem religious and secular Jews, and Ultra-Orthodox Jews. We harness the power of media to promote empathy, mutual understanding, and facilitate the positive development of Jerusalem.

We believe in the power of storytelling and the sharing of diverse perspectives to spark genuine human connection. Through our work, we use media as a tool for connection, not division. We shine a light on voices that are often left out, give people the skills to engage with media responsibly, and create spaces where Jerusalem’s communities can see and understand each other. We imagine a Jerusalem where differences don’t separate us, but instead become a source of shared strength.
