Designers from all walks of Israeli society create fonts from the handwriting of the victims and fallen soldiers of the Iron Swords War on October 7, 2023, in collaboration with the bereaved families, to commemorate the memory of their loved ones.

All partners in the Initiative do so on a volunteer basis.
The fonts are named after the commemorated, and are published under that name. All the fonts are available for download on the Initiative’s website, along with the photo of the original manuscript of the commemorated, his picture and his life story. The fonts will be freely available for use on any computer and in any home, and for anyone who wants it: families, pupils, students, teachers, designers and more. And by this, we pray, that something of the personality and uniqueness of those dear to us, will be immortalized and shine on the world.

The Initiative touches the families and gives them some comfort.
