Ma’ale Adumim is a city just a 15-minute drive from Jerusalem. It is home to around 40,000 residents, many of whom have limited to no exposure to religious observance and Torah learning. For the past few years, Rabbi Avner Tolmasov and Rabbi Ephraim Loewenstein, both musmachim of RSA, have been giving Torah classes and running teen programing for this population. They have come to realize that the residents of this desert city are thirsting for more. In the coming year they will be opening a nightly outreach Kollel as well as outreach programming across a variety of ages.
