October 7 Justice Without Borders

Two years after the deadliest massacre of Jews since the Holocaust—October 7, 2023—justice remains painfully absent for the victims, survivors, bereaved families, all of Israel, and the Jewish people. Instead of solidarity, we have too often felt abandonment and betrayal. Instead of compassion and empathy, we have faced a tsunami of Jew-hatred—on the streets where mobs chant for our destruction, on campuses where Jewish students are harassed and silenced, in international forums where resolutions erase our suffering, and even within human rights institutions that question our pain rather than confront it.

October 7 wasn't just terrorism; it was crimes against humanity. The murder of over 1,200 people, the kidnapping of 241, the systematic sexual violence and torture—these crimes meet the Nuremberg standard of "shocking the conscience of humanity." Yet, we now face the unthinkable: proving that this atrocity happened at all before institutions built to defend human rights but weaponized against us.

Today, no prosecutions have begun. No trials are underway. International bodies move forward with cases against Israel, while the perpetrators of October 7 remain legally protected. This failure to act signals that sufficient brutality can overwhelm legal systems, emboldening those who seek to harm Jewish communities worldwide.

What We're Fighting For: Comprehensive legal accountability delivers what Jewish communities need most:

Truth: Establishing the factual record of October 7 crimes through judicial findings that become part of permanent legal history—making denial impossible and distortion legally actionable.

Justice: Criminal accountability for perpetrators, accomplices, and enablers at every level, from direct participants to state sponsors, ensuring consequences that deter future atrocities.

Reparations: Civil damages that acknowledge harm, provide meaningful remedy to victims and communities, and make supporting terrorism financially devastating for enablers.

Non-recurrence: Legal precedents and institutional deterrence that protect not just Jewish communities, but all vulnerable populations from similar hybrid warfare attacks.

Without strategic legal engagement, we guarantee that October 7 achieves its intended effect: normalizing mass atrocities against Jews, demonstrating that such crimes carry no meaningful consequences and ensuring that October 7 becomes a successful model for future attacks.
