Bring a touch of sweetness to those who have experienced so much bitterness by sending unique holiday packages to the bereaved families of those killed on October 7 and still-displaced, traumatized members of Gaza-area kibbutzim.
The story behind the strudel. Pastry Chef Yaki Sagi operated the legendary Lalush Bakery from his hometown of Be’eri, until the kibbutz was decimated on October 7 (100 were murdered in Be’eri alone). Chef Sagi has finally returned to Be’eri, and Lalush is now gearing up to produce its signature strudel for Yakir’s holiday packages. Be a part of this three-fold act of chesed!
Love - Send a sweet hug to the bereaved families of October 7. Remembrance - Lalush’s strudel production is dedicated to the memory to Pessi Cohen, Yona Cohen and Mazzi Becher - three beloved women, who prepared the strudel at Lalush each year for the holidays, and who were murdered on October 7. Revival - the reopening of Lalush is a symbol of the resilience of Am Yisrael! Proceeds from strudel sales will be dedicated by Lalush to the rebuilding of Be’eri.
Each package includes an uplifting message, along with your name and place of residence.
